Lease office is friendly but never does nothing but passify you. The apartments are nice but the building are not taken care of. There are pet stains on the carpet, if there is a spill or trash the maintenance guys do nothing about it. And heaven forbide you need them on a Holliday. Give it up! They make promises they don't keep. They may or may not respond to your emails, because everything must be sent in writing to them. The have fines for everything. The officer that lives on site is nothing more than a bully with a badge who is only concerned if it will look good to his bosses or if he doing it to kiss you to the leasing Manager more. I'd look elsewhere if I were you. We can't wait til our lease is up!
We have been here for 8 months and really have no complaints about anything.
Landscapers come at random times and are excessively loud. Neighbors' dogs bark at all hours, and upstairs neighbors stomp around all the time. Patio is unusable due to debris and grease from a grill from upstairs neighbors. A letter was written to the neighbor, but nothing changed.
I love where I live, but when I first got here things were better than they are now. I love the management team - they are absolutely fabulous and work hard to make things great at CT. However, there is a sub-culture of residents now who are rude and loud, leaving messes outside of their apartment and trash in the parking lot, are loud and shouting in the hallways late at night, etc. When I first moved in it felt like luxury living, now it feels overpriced for average living.
Apart from overdue landscaping improvements, I am quite satisfied with living here. You now have in place a management team that is competent, courteous, and responsive. Though, they have not yet dealt with all landscaping issues. Allow me to explain. For one, the firm hired to perform landscaping work employ loud machinery, likely survivors of the early industrial age. Second, I face Death Hill where the green does not grow in spite of an effort to remedy the situation. So I suffer. DP
