It has the amenities I wanted and more. The staff are responsive to needs for information or repairs. The general atmosphere of our neighborhood is cordial and considerate.
The management is top notch, the grounds and amenities are beautiful and well kept. I have always received excellent service from the maintenance staff as well as the leasing office.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance have no clue as to what they are doing and don't care. Property management and staff are a joke and rude. Old carpet, appliances, leaking roofs, roaches etc. But, if you want a good location and high rent then by all means move here, this is what you will get. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!
The Pros: Beautiful apartment and grounds. Nice and helpful maintenance staff. Pet friendly?
The Cons: You can hear everything through the walls and floors. They DO NOT investigate complaints, the person who complains is always considered right. They even encourage you to complain about your neighbors and never encourage community harmony. People leave unpleasant notes on each other's doors. Some call the police with complaints. They say they're pet friendly but if someone complains about your pet they put it in your file. The office manager Kaitlin is unkept and unprofessional. She lacks knowledge of NYS landlord tenant laws and retaliates against tenants if she doesn't like you... such as refusing to renew a lease for someone who is disabled. It ruins a nice place and makes it petty and uncomfortable.
I love the look and layout of the complex. I feel safe and secure there and love coming home to my apartment.
