Nice location good schools My likes and dislikes are: Brand new and peacefull
My likes and dislikes about this community are: We love the gym with a child center incorporated into it. The office building is state of the art with a fantastic movie theater in it as well. Our apartment is brand new and very spacious.
Luxury living at an affordable price.
Amberton at Stonewater is a quiet and perfectly located living space for active single adults and families. The grounds are well maintained and apartment homes are a great value for the upgraded features and quality structure. It is almost perfectly centered between Cary, Morrisville, Durham and Chapel Hill. You cannot beat that!
Takes weeks for simple maintenance requests to be completed. The office staff never answers the phone and doesn't return messages. I've live here for a few years and the only good thing is the location to my employer. The pool is always closed I'm the summer, you can't pay rent to office only online, and there are always kids playing in the street without supervisor. Community is full of kids and dogs, the community upkeep is minimal, they only now the lawn every month, spider's are huge and in abundance. Don't move here unless you like to give your money away for a place that is less than average. Manny was a great manager and kept the community nice and the staff on track. You can tell the people working here now don't care.
