There seems to be a lot of turnover with office staffing.
Awesome apartments, great location, easy to work with management. I love living here.
Great location, very convenient to the surrounding areas. The setting is safe, quiet, and clean. Lots of area to walk trails and enjoy the outdoors with the Resivoir Park in the backyard. Tons of amenities. Friendly staff.
I enjoy living at Tyler''??s Ridge because I''??m comfortable being surrounded by the knowledgeable staff and the friendly and quiet tenants. The buildings, landscaping and community areas are aesthetically beautiful and well cared for. It''??s a safe and relaxing place to be.
Tyler's Ridge is the best (and most expensive) complex I've ever lived at. It is well maintained and the staff is generally very friendly. The one negative experience I had was when their online rent payment system failed. This triggered threatening letters that demanded payment and an additional late fee. The employee I spoke to about this issue blamed me and made me feel VERY uncomfortable about the whole process, even though I had paid on-time for the previous ~1.5 years.
