I have been a resident for just under a year and I love it here. The facilities from my comfortable and well appointed apartment to the grounds and amenities are excellent. The ladies in the office are amazing! They are friendly and very personable, yet professional. The Maintenance guys are topnotch! Being an aviation professional, I get to sit on my balcony and watch airplanes landing and taking off the from the nearby airport... what a life!! Tyler's Ridge at Sandhills is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

Amazing experience! The apartment is clean and we have a beautiful view from our terrace. Its interior design is superb. The swimming pool is inviting, however we have not explored the gym yet. The neighborhood is peaceful while our neighbors are very friendly. We see lots of pets particularly dogs along the walkways and they are very cute although we are cat people way back from our place. Before I forget, we are happy to meet Ms. Katie at the office, she is so confidently beautiful and approachable.

Excellent apartment styles and amenities. Well maintained and responsive staff. Maintenance staff very quick to act on work orders. Office staff is friendly and always willing to help.

My move-in experience was great! The staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They responded promptly and were available when needed!

Best place and community to be a part of in the area. Katie and Lindsay are the best, maintenance is fast and efficient, and it feels like home being here :)

Absolutely fabulous place for single and families. Amenities and options are endless. Great space, pet friendly and the ladies in the office are helpful and overall just awesome to deal with.

The best maintenance guys ever. They are prophesional, friendly , polite and a couple of nice guys who know what they are doing. I'll miss the same day you call ,they are there. Tyler Ridge is a great set of apartments that is run by a couple of prophesional businesses woman, the manager and the assistant manager. Katie , Lindsey, and Ali.

My wife and I lived here for 2 years. We absolutely loved it here. Super safe, comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. Everyone was professional and always willing to help.

Tyler's Ridge is a Beautiful apartment complex. The location is excellent. Harris Teeter's is 2 minutes from here. Shopping for anything you would want, 10 minutes. The Reservoir is ab excellent place to take a scenic walk. The Staff is helpful with any questions one would have.

Frank loves living at Tyler's Ridge for 3 years now. He calls it "his apartment home" which is a HUGE deal because Frank has autism. We never imagined he could be successful living away from his childhood home in Broadway, yet and still he is successful due to all the support he has received from Ivy and all the managers and staff as well as his wonderful apartment neighbors who check on him, talk to him, and even have invited his roommate and Frank over for dinner!
