Lived here 2 years and cannot wait till move out day! If you like being woken up early on week days with knocking maintenance doing repairs w/very little warning, lawn mowers and leaf blowers, barking dogs or loud music from the club adjacent to the pool (thats rarely open, especially if you work a 9-5), then enjoy! But between and during the transition from the prior management company to now has literally made this place a very uncomfortable, noisy and disruptive place to live. Every week we're given a notice on our doors, right on the cusp of closing office hours (so complaints go unheard or cared about) that yet another cheap "repair" will happen within the home, and to lock our pets up-and there is no specified time, they give an extremely inconvenient and broad time frame. Not only have I endured sleep loss and quality of life disturbances, but our pets have and my 1 month old baby has too. Windows have all fallen apart (costing a fortune in electric bill), made several inquiries about them, all to no avail. Mold growing in bathroom from faulty shower install--again not fixed; ceiling paint coming down in huge chips by vents--again, not addressed; drawers in kitchen are broken; pretty much every door, from closets to sliding has either become unhinged or has come out of the tracks. Place lures you in by showing off the grounds and the one very well kempt and "fluffed" apartment, but buyer beware--the cheap materials and low grade construct of this place will have you regretting the bind.

New Management but appears to be carrying on with the old managements regime. These are old buildings with windows falling out and doors that don't close and lock properly, but instead of fixing they poor money into superficial decoration making it look nice to the first time viewer. Elec bill is sky high. Overpriced.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is under new management, and all they care about is $$$ not residents. I have lived here for 8 years, and have LOVED the prior company and community prior to this change over. They are not consistent, and the office staff are terrible. Again, there is no since of community here anymore. Please don't invest your money here!

Please don't do it!! Electric is sky high because of the horrible windows and door, really bad bug issues because they take care of the outside pool more than the old buildings they think is worth $1000. Not to mention the staff is so fake and charges alot of fees when moving out.
