Nice apartment community with good neighbors. It is s joy to come home and rest my head as I feel safe and secure here.

The new manager is absolutely amazing! I am going on my 2nd year here and you can definitely see great things happening here with the community! I don't have bugs as mentioned in some reviews, that also depends on how you keep your apartment as far as cleanliness goes. For the price, you get a great size apartment at a great rate. I would recommend the colony!

The Colony is the right name for these apartments because they have a colony of insects. If you like roaches, spiders, silverfish and worms then this is the place for you. I do not recommend living here. Also., these are very OLD apartments and in need of repairs better yet they should be torn down and rebuilt .

If you like roaches, silverfish, spiders,worms and carpet beetles then this is the place for you! These apartments are very old and infested with Bugs!
