Nice apartment community with good neighbors. It is s joy to come home and rest my head as I feel safe and secure here.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to move into. They are hard to get a hold of when you have a maintenance issue.
The apt was dirty and disgusting when I moved in and they were unwilling to fix the things that needed fixing the most.
They go through managers like crazy, there have been at least 4 different managers!!!
Cheap apartments, but you get what you pay for. These were built in the 70s and on the edge of some not-so-great neighborhoods. The bedrooms are a decent size, but the kitchen is small. Our windows weren't sealed very well, so not only did we have to cover them with plastic in the winter, but we could clearly hear conversations outside from the second floor. When Spring rolled around we discovered our building had a pretty bad roach infestation. We would wake up to several roaches running around the kitchen floor and the occasional palmetto bug flying across the apartment. We notified the office, who sent in pest control to lay down something along the lines of borax that wasn't effective- I'm pretty sure the roaches had nested under the carpet but they weren't willing to rip it up or fumigate. The laundry facility was usually trashed, so we used the laundry mat. The only nice thing I can say is that maintenance was pretty good- they replaced our dishwasher no problem and kept the grounds fairly clean.
I only stayed there less than 24 hours. I moved in and started to unpack my things but there were roaches EVERYWHERE!!! I went to the front office. They bombed my apartment to get rid of them and it only made it worse. Sadly, as I was moving out they were leasing the same apartment to another family smh.
