I have lived at Kirkwood Place Apartments for years! The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly and they mind their business! The complex no longer has a gym to workout in due to Covid they removed it and replaced it with an additional apartment. We have no pool, clubhouse or any other amenities that are available at other locations! Parking is a nightmare, good luck finding a park at night time! The management has changed several times since they have opened! The last company Redstone conducted three mandatory inspections less than 30 days from one another! Shortly after the inspection we all were notified that a new company would be taking over, with text, emails and note on the door! So fast forward to this week, Apartment Dynamics is now the new owners and they sent out a pointless email requesting volunteers to allow them to come in a measure our units. This information is available at the courthouse in Alamance County! A inspector had to have this information available for them before Bell Property could rent out the units in 2015! Apartment Dynamics has now taken over our property and has conveniently increased the rent in the websites for anyone who is looking for a place! This is highway robbery, you have not made one improvement to our property at all but you have the sheer audacity to increase the rent! We all do not appreciate the harassing email that you need to continue to come in our units! Clearly you just entered our units when you made the decision to purchase them from Redstone! Apartment Dynamics, no one responded to you because we not have the time and energy to continue to endure this foolishness! We are all trying to protect ourselves from this pandemic and no one wants people wondering in and out of our apartments every month! If you need the measurements go to the courthouse! The harassment you are giving your tenants is a bad way to start a business relationship with us!

Well honestly can't give it a 1 because I was very excited to be able to walk through and see the apartment but because of my work schedule they would not accommodate. If you can't get there before 5 on Mon, Wed, or Friday because you work for a living then you are out of luck. Time to look at other options.
