This is a beautiful place and we love the dog-friendly atmosphere. The views are awesome and it appears to be accessible to shopping, entertainment, medical facilities and more.

Sent a message that I was interested and received a response much quicker than I expected. Information was thoughtful and concise, associate had a friendly demeanor and not too pitchy. My only con and why this is not a 5 star review is that their virtual tour is not as comprehensive as other locations I have been reviewing. No way to remotely see the unit we are considering. The unit I was told would be similar was not as similar as I would have hoped either. It was still a good tour and gave me more info than I did before it though.

This is, by far, one of the worst apartment offices on earth. Everything seems nice from the outside, but once you get in the office treats its tenants terribly and RARELY offers any solutions or reparations. There are STRUCTURAL, PLUMBING, and otherwise critical aspects of this complex that needs RECONSTRUCTION, yet the office continues to ignore this and simply does quick fixes, all while ignoring major health concerns like MOLD GROWING and ETC. Furthermore, they offer NO solution to their rampant parking problem, all while casting a blind eye to long term overnight guests taking up actual residents parking - all while THREATENING ACTUAL RESIDENTS with TOWING their cars because they have NO CHOICE but to park along the curb. I would not waste my time or energy on this apartment place if I wasnt already stuck here. Dont even get me started on how completely rude the office staff is. Also, THEY DONT MAKE SURE YOUR KEYS WORK. Two of us live here but we only have ONE key that works on our door, and initially NEITHER of our mailbox keys worked. I would go to the office to get the second key that actually works on our door, but the office staff is so horrible that wed rather suffer through with only one. Do NOT waste your time on this place. Also, the rent isnt what it seems - we pay WELL above our listed and SIGNED ON price because of hidden fees. Absolutely incredulous. Ive never been more dissatisfied with any established business in my life.

Rude office personal, overpriced, not enough parking*, paper-thin walls, and dog feces covering any green areas. Currently living here, and I would not recommend it to anyone! To give credit where it is due: Maintenance guys are great, they fix any issue promptly. However, the office staff are very unprofessional and rude, Jeremy in particular. Your concerns will be brushed off everytime when calling in an issue regarding dog poop or noise complaints. Dog poop is the responsibility of the dog owners, and no one is going to rebuild the thin walls. You'll be able to hear your neighbors' conversations, bathroom usage, and just about anything that involves walking, opening/closing doors or cabinets, etc. Just be aware before committing to a lease here. *Parking is worse depending on which building.

We have really enjoyed our stay at The Reserve! The staff are all very helpful and attentive. Our dog particularly likes the dog parks and grassy areas available. Jeremy, Allison and the other office staff were very understanding and easy to work with when we needed to quickly change our lease to a month-month due to our homes earlier than expected closing date. We will definitely be returning to The Reserve in the future for short term stays if our house needs major repairs and will be referring friends to this beautiful apartment community!

Unhelpful and unresponsive staff as well as price gouging everytime you renew or terminate your lease. There are much better option in the AVL area. Be very cautious of this place for they are super nice when acquiring info and moving in however, dont expect the same treatment after signing the lease.
