he only nice thing about this place is the fact that I no longer live here. The office staff is horrendous and I don't think they know what the term customer service means. They are absolutely rude and will not help you because they are always "too busy". If you like being treated like trash then this is the place for you. The place might be nice if they knew how to hire staff who knows what their doing. When it comes to trying to get to the property manager the office staff will outright refuse to pitch you through to her. I believe her name is Katherine. Do yourself a favor and skip office staff AND skip the regional and go to the VP or CEO. I get better customer service at Walmart, so good luck to anyone who rents here.
Do not rent here. Customer service is horrible and place is going down hill fast. Sure there are gates, etc., bells and whistles, etc., but if none of them work, what good are they!!! There are many other places in Asheville that are better built, better amenities, etc, and more reasonably priced than the The Reserve. Don't let the online ad that looks great fool you!!! Apartments aren't near the way in person as they look online!
My main and only complaint is the office staff. The staff in the office are rarely on the same page. I get different answers for the same question depending on who I talk to. This has been very frustrating and caused several major inconveniences. They can also be passive aggressive and rude. They could use improvement in their customer service skills overall. The maintenance staff, however, are fantastic! They are polite, timely, and helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with the amenities
