I dont even know where to begin my first two weeks of living here my car got broken into . I told the apartment workers about it and asked did they have cameras they said no because its going against the privacy of the residents WHICH IS BSthen they wanna bill you for every little thing !! The walls are thin asf because i can always hear my neighbors . Their rent prices are overpriced ! They always changing staff members so that should tell you alot !

Don't move here unless you like tons of noise due to crappy construction, staff that doesn't care and doesn't respond, no parking, and complaints/violations about everything and anything. There are way better apartments for the same price to even consider Dilworth.

Don't move to this crap hole. Horrible joke of management they don't care about residents harassing you and beating and stomping the floors and walls but if you turn your tv up to try and drown it out after repeatedly asking them to do something about it they give you a violation. They can't keep anyone, they turn over employees like they're changing underwear. They charge you for pest control and then ignore most all requests for it. The place is way overpriced, built cheap and obviously put up very fast as so many issues can't even write them all but one is doors aren't hung correctly (u can see outside and centipedes and pincher bugs get in) and maintenance doesn't have a clue how to fix anything. Worst apartment complex and management ever!!!!

Kim, Keith, and team are awesome!!! I moved from CT and did not visit before I moved. I rented this apartment sight unseen, and Kim made it incredibly easy and carefree for me. She was super responsive, sent pictures, and answered all the questions I had. Fast forward to when I moved in, I dropped my diamond earring down my sink, and the next day they were able to save it for me!!! They consistently go above and beyond for their residents. My only complaint is that the neighbors are outside at all hours of the night, which can be disturbing, but that's nothing they can control. Would highly recommend!

I am moving in next month. My experience was very nice. Cassie was great! Made me very comfortable and the apartment was very nice! Would highly recommend!

I was very willing to renew my lease at Dilworth. The staff are great and friendly. The location is wonderful for someone who loves the outdoors with the trails of Bent Creek and the Arboretum right next door. Very close to shopping and the popular West Asheville area without the high expense of having these amenities in the city limits. The neighborhood is quite.
