10 Newbridge Apartments

It was thanks to an Apartment Guide book at Ingles that I found 10 Newbridge, and I absolutely *love* living at 10 Newbridge! I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex! First things first - the leasing office. The ladies in the leasing office are genuinely nice, awesome people that you actually WANT to go see (really, I often go walk my dog and myself to the clubhouse just to say hi)! Plus, they throw the absolute best events for us residents (yes, events! With food!)! Second - the apartments. Brand new apartments with some of the most amazing touches! After my cousin saw my granite topped island, she thought that my place had to be a condo, because "no one puts that nice of granite in an apartment"! There are even blinds in the living room that are inside of glass so that pets can't mess them up. Speaking of pets, 10 Newbridge is SOOO pet friendly! I was so worried about finding an apartment with 2 cats and a dog, but 10 Newbridge actually allows me to have 3 pets! Add to all of that a 7,000 sq ft gym, really nice neighbors (I actually know a lot of my neighbors! In an apartment complex!), and upcoming awesome things like a salt water heated pool and a dog park, and man! You can't get any better than 10 Newbridge. The rent here was even cheaper than a lot of the older apartments I looked at in Asheville. Ooh! Another thing (the ladies are going to laugh while reading this review, because I talk like this - scattered and all over the place and excited - in real life!) - the location is soooo convenient to EVERYTHING! I'm from Florida and this was my first winter (ever), and not only was 10 Newbridge kept plowed and salted, but the complex's perfect location right next to 26 kept me heading to work no problemo. I love living here, and I know that you will too!

For the price the service from the office is below par. When approached with an issue like lack of parking spots for residents, prohibited trash on grounds etc. I told I could lose certain privledges like guest parking or I could move out today before being hung up on, I wont go into the office without documenting our interactions any more.

These apartments are really nice! We were excited about becoming a resident, until we found out that no smoking is allowed on their property!! We were so disappointed!!

Beautiful Apartments, etc

I am hoping to be able to get an apartment here soon . I have heard a lot of great things about these apartments and they are Beautiful !!!!!!

This place is great. Our apartment is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic (love the gym), and the staff is courteous and accommodating.

Toured with Margaret D and she was absolutely wonderful. She was able to answer all of our questions and was so kind throughout the whole touring process

Toured this afternoon and had a really lovely tour. Out of all the apartments I toured today this one stood out because of the person showing us around. Margaret was so kind and was really detailed in explaining everything there was to offer. :)

This is a great place to live! Amazing gym, management, and community. Shout out Margaret especially!

My experience so far at 10 Newbridge Apartments has been very positive. The leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful and prompt over any questions, concerns, or issues I have. The amenities are a nice addition, especially the gym. Margaret was very informative and made the moving process very easy.

Office and maintenance staff are very helpful and courteous. Property is well-kept. Nice amenities offered. An excellent value when compared with other properties in the price range.

10 Newbridge Apartments is lucky to have such a hard working, trustworthy and kind soul working on their maintenence team. Emily Silvers is one bada$$ single mama who works her butt off to provide for her children. And then turns around and will help anyone who needs it, no complaints! Love seeing her smiling face around. Have to be extra thankful for hard workers these days! 🤗

Just stopped in the 10 Newbridge Apartments for a tour and it was such a wonderful experience. Abbey was our leasing consultant and she made us feel very welcome and was patient with all our questions.

LOVE LOVE LOVE living at 10 Newbridge. My wife and I moved here from, you know where, Florida a little over 3 years ago. During our time here the staff has changed some but we couldn’t be happier with who is here. Stacey and Beth are phenomenal and have gone over and beyond to satisfy our needs. This review is long over due so it will be lengthy, but here it is. We started in the smallest one bedroom and 3 years later enjoy the beautiful spacious 2 bed/2bath. The finishes are beautiful with gray cabinets, granite counter tops throughout and nice flooring whether you have carpet or hard floors. We thought by now we would have purchased a home, but we really enjoy apartment living here. Maintenance is handled so efficiently by using the resident portal/ app and I have to say Kevin is the MAN. Our dog absolutely loves him so he always comes for our maintenance requests and just like that I know it’s done when I’m not home because I get a survey on how satisfied I am with the outcome. The amenities here are awesome. We have a 7,000 sq ft gym, yes you read that right. It has anything and everything you need, open 24/7, so cancel that gym membership. Prior to COVID, summer was the best. Our beautiful heated salt water pool and top notch grills made for some great summer time fun. I find it outrageous that any one can complain about what the pool looked like during winter, or even a week ago since it literally just got somewhat warm. But anyways, for the most part 99.9% of the time it’s well maintained. We have two awesome dog parks and the grounds of the complex are kept well manicured and clean. I have always felt safe here, as well as our belongings. Our patio is our favorite part so we can showcase our beautiful plants and lighting. Each apartment has adequate storage on the balcony with a LOCK! The staff has taken serious protocols during COVID to keep us all safe and healthy, which I’m sure caused some frustration in the beginning with amenities but they were doing not only what they were supposed to but what was right. As a gay married couple we have been treated with nothing but respect and love. We have made several friends here, which has made this a community/family and not just a complex. Prior to COVID, the staff made sure to bring us all together by doing monthly or quarterly gatherings. We’ve participated in numerous Christmas, Halloween, Friendsgiving events, painting with a twist, food trucks and barbecues and even blood drives. During COVID, they made sure to give us some joy and supporting local businesses by bringing in food trucks either weekly or monthly. 10 Newbridge is in the best location, 10 minutes from downtown and can jump on the highway in less than a minute. We are close to Publix, thank god and if it’s your thing, Walmart and Ingles. New businesses are starting to pop up all around us which my wife and I are excited for. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment, great staff, an inclusive and diverse community, 10 Newbridge is for you!

My wife and I absolutely love living here! We've lived here for almost three years and plan on being here for at least another 2-3. The staff is always so helpful, resourceful, friendly, and inclusive. The units are beautiful and grounds are beautiful and we love the amenities. If you have the opportunity to move in, do it!

As a person who wears hearing aids, I had an awesome experience. When I toured the other week with Beth. She was very clear spoken and calm/cool/collected. She was super sweet and helpful. Excited to be moving here soon.
