They got rats in the wall.
Place falling apart.
That's the experience I had!
The setting is awesome...quiet, peaceful and beautiful! The entire staff is friendly and so helpful. They all make you feel like part of the family.
It is a nice place to live...staff are very friendly and helpful, the only problem I have is the rent..it is getting to high for me..I will be moving out with in the next 2 year's...it's a shame because I really love it here.
The apartments are small, older, carpet has a different smell, and the power is much higher than the other apartments I have lived in. At this point I do intend to stay after my lease expires.
