Awesome staff, perfect location, great layout options, love my apartment!
I absolutely appreciate the staff who are or have been at Camden Lake Pine during my time residing here, they have been friendly, caring, professional, helpful, and prompt. I love having two pools and workout centers, and our location and neighborhood are very nice. It would be very nice to have a club house or indoor gathering place within the office area, to meet up with friends, relax or entertain at times. I would like a thicker padding under the carpet here on the ground floor, and my one and only disappointment has been the poor quality of clothes washer that is in my "upgraded" apartment. I was in a larger but not upgraded unit before with an awesome washer and just hate this beater that is ruining my clothes. Everything else here is perfect---but cost is a bit high.
I answered the "price for value" question only because the survey required an answer. Six years ago when I selected Camden, price for value was part of the reason. I have been quite happy with my experience here and have not felt a need to test the market, so I really don't know whether there is currently a better price for value.
The community lacks a kids playground such as swings and a slide set, yet it does have easy access to the lake loop.
I absolutely love living at Camden Lake Pine. It's been an enjoyable community. The staff is friendly, and maintenance have always completed tasks in a timely manner.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
