I am a current resident and I am very pleased to review Avalon in Westbury NY. The staff is always so professional and prompt to serve you. I emailed the maintenance to change the batteries in my smoke detectors, in less than an hour Phil came replaced the old smoke detectors with 3 new ones and went above and beyond by removing my old broken table out of the apt. Thank you Phil you are simply the best :)

Recently, my water heater had to be replaced. Knowing that I work from home certain days, the maintenance staff were more than willing to accommodate me and replace the water heater at my convenience. The tech that performed the work, Nick, was very professional and courteous as he went about his work. When completed Nick made sure that all was in working order. Once again thank you Nick for doing the job that you do.
