It is a very quiet, peaceful place to live. The property is very well taken care of.
Impressed with the service when we have had items needing repair. Handled quickly.
Maintenance team and "cheap prices" is about all they're good for.
Great place to live. Moved in about 6 months ago and love my neighbors. Its quiet and clean. Had a problem with my sink and they came out after hours and took care of it. Never made it to the pool this year but it looked very inviting.
I lived at the Royal York Townhouses on Orchard Park Road for almost 2 years. They charge you for every single thing you can imagine, then after you have imagined everything, you get charged for imagining the additional costs. This is not an exaggeration. I just received my security deposit back after moving out and I was charged for the "inspection fee" which was $90 and also for running my credit check 2 years ago which was an additional $25 charge. Aren't these the costs of doing business? Also, I was charged fees for wanting to extend my lease, charged more monthly because I wanted to extend it, and then also made to pay the last month's rent 6 months prior, in order to stay. Loved my townhouse, took really good care of it, but way too many rules and fine print.
