I have lived at the Royal York Townhouses for almost 5 years! I truly loved living in my townhouse, I only left because I finally purchased a home! I had great neighbors, the property managers were very helpful and responded quickly if I had any questions! I would highly recommend living in the townhomes!??

The place was fine. Served its purpose the five years we lived there. Management is the most unprofessional I dealt with over my 15 years of renting. Thankful to be out of their toxic environment.

Bad people. Do not trust them. There's a reason their Google reviews are what they are. Use cheap products and expect you to clean the entire house so they can turn keys over next morning for new tenants to move in. Most bizarre list of demands to clean the entire house afterward. Sued several tenants and continue to take people to court and win. Caveat Emptor.
