I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER, SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE THE APPLICATION AND MOVE IN PROCESS GO VERY SMOOTHLY. I LOOK FORWARD TO BE A LONG TERM RESIDENT.
Don't rent from here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The property manager is unprofessional. The property in general honestly looks overgrown and they haven't repainted the banisters or the parking lines to the point where you can barely see where you are parking. They will nickel and dime you to death when it comes to getting your security deposit back for reasons they completely fabricate. Upon request for the corporate information to file a complaint, the property manager wouldn't even give the information to me. Just spare yourself the financial loss and don't rent there. It's not worth it.
The management staff is great, there is one resident who lets her dog roam without a leash after management leaves and i know she has been talked to about it but this resident continues to do so,
I live in bottom apt and noise from above apt is VERY loud in my apt. The floors just do not soften the noise.
The apartments are kind of out dated, however, for the price and location it is very affordable for a post college-grad student, young working professional like myself. The laundry room could also use some updating/routine maintenance repair of the equipment.
