Garages available $75.00 per month, one assigned parking space per unit and plenty of guest parking on site, plus coin laundry available to our tenants. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER, SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE THE APPLICATION AND MOVE IN PROCESS GO VERY SMOOTHLY. I LOOK FORWARD TO BE A LONG TERM RESIDENT.

The parking lot is way too small. Impossible to ever pull into a parking spot. The apartments are a bit small. Dislike the kitchen layout. BCC is very quiet which is a plus. My bathroom tiles were all broken when moved in, along woth cracked window. Neither have been updated. Only one bedroom had newer carpet.

Quiet for the most part. Parking is close to home. You share a front lawn. strict on decorations and lawn furniture. Sometimes noise is loud if dogs are small, high pitched. CRIME RATE LOW OR NONE. Can live downstairs if open apartment for handicapped residents. Everybody gets their own parking spot and visitors park on edge Mainly deal with 1 Manager so messages are not confused among staff. Noise level is important factor, so no windchimes or anything making noise. These apartments have thin walls so TVs stereos must be kept to a minimum work it out with residents. Ask permission for decorations before putting it out. NO SMOKING IN APARTMENTS OR UNDER PATIO. MUST MOVE AWAY FROM BUILDING TO AVOID FIRE AND RISK TO OTHER TENENTS. SMOKING AND ALCOHOL DON'T MIX AND CAN CAUSE A FIRE.

There is a beautiful Park at corner of Union and Indian Church called Burchfield Nature and Art Park and dogs are welcme and there are alot of trails and circle outside arena for activities and music in summer months. Look up BurchfieldNAS.com for events. There is a West Seneca Library, Police Station, Southgate Plaza about 2 miles south on Union, a post office left on Seneca St and Union about 2 mi. down and a thruway entrance to 90 E & W, 400 North and South and 190 Downtown. about 1 mile going south on Union. Close to everything but apartment is Hidden and quiet. Can rent a garage for additional $75. Need new Landscaping since some bushes are dead but tenents cannot plant anything in ground here, so Apartment must do it. Apartment snowplows in
winter. Would recommend this to a quiet person or middle aged or elderly not a party person because this is a very quiet residence except for the dogs and then you have to work out a plan with the other tenant. No riff-raff allowed. No feeding the animals or birds. Windows are big and beautiful and dining rooms are combined with living room in some 2 bedroom apartments. Know the fire codes in lease and get renters insurance.(cheap)
