I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER, SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE THE APPLICATION AND MOVE IN PROCESS GO VERY SMOOTHLY. I LOOK FORWARD TO BE A LONG TERM RESIDENT.

Don't rent from here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The property manager is unprofessional. The property in general honestly looks overgrown and they haven't repainted the banisters or the parking lines to the point where you can barely see where you are parking. They will nickel and dime you to death when it comes to getting your security deposit back for reasons they completely fabricate. Upon request for the corporate information to file a complaint, the property manager wouldn't even give the information to me. Just spare yourself the financial loss and don't rent there. It's not worth it.

THIS REVIEW IS TOTALLY FALSE. OUR UNITS ARE UNDATED WITH NEW CARPET/FLOORING AND APPLIANCES. WE HAVE COMPLETED NEW 2017 LANDSCAPING, PROJECT FOR SPRING 2018 IS A NEW BLACKTOP PARKING LOT/STRIPING, CORPORATE INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE TO ALL TENANTS. THIS EX-TENANT NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR SKIPPING OUT AND NOT PAYING SEPTEMBER RENT, THEREFORE SHE DID NOT RECEIVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND. BUFFALO CREEK COMMONS IS A GREAT PLACE TO CALL 'HOME', OUR CURRENT TENANTS TELL US THIS EVERYDAY.

The management staff is great, there is one resident who lets her dog roam without a leash after management leaves and i know she has been talked to about it but this resident continues to do so,

Hi Chris,
Yes, management is aware of this and has spoke with this tenant regarding this violation of her lease agreement. We realize some tenants have health and mobility problems, but per the lease agreement dogs must be on a leash at all times. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

Thank you for your review, yes the management is aware of this issue and we have notified the tenant regarding letting the dog run loose. This is a violation of the lease agreement. We feel in the past month this problem has been resolved but we will continue to monitor this and all our tenants who have pets. Sincerely, Management

I just wanted to follow up regarding the neighbor's dog. As far as I know this neighbor has been keeping her little pooch on the leash for the last two months, if this is incorrect please call the office and let me know. Thank you.

Hi, to address this issue, we are now nailing down the floor boards to eliminate the squeaks. We also are using a better carpet pad and nylon carpet to absorb some of the sounds, but this is apartment complex living.

The apartments are kind of out dated, however, for the price and location it is very affordable for a post college-grad student, young working professional like myself. The laundry room could also use some updating/routine maintenance repair of the equipment.

Thank you for writing a review, we appreciate comments so we can take care of any issues here at BCC. We do have plans to paint the laundry rooms here at BCC this summer. We also have some outside curb appeal planned. Our rents are very affordable and we try to have something for everyone.

Hi Mike, We appreciate when our tenants offer suggestions. We have been updating our apartments with new carpeting, flooring and lighting. We also are removing the 'dated' wallpaper in the dining room area and doing a new 'knock down' spray which is a contemporary look and adds to the visual appeal of the open concept living space. We hope to improve our laundry rooms by painting, updating the machines and getting new flooring very soon. Thanks for your comments and suggestions. Management
