Riverton Knolls

Responsive staff, excellent condition on move-in, utilities inexpensive, good neighbors, location great, parking is free and plentiful, snow rarely a problem. Washer and dryer in apartment, cable TV discounted

I enjoy the park lije setting andvthev mix of residences. It is a great location and a quiet and friendly community.

My son lived in Riverton Knolls Apartments for the last almost 2 years. The management was amazing and the townhouse was perfect for 2 students and my son's dogs. Becky and Jenna were always super nice, prompt, professional and organized. They solved everything and anything that needed done. The Maintenance team was prompt to respond and quickly fixed anything that required attention. I feel very lucky to have found such a great place for my son to live. The property is like living in a park with nice walking trails, the dog park and lots of green grass. A rare find in the Rochester area.

Apartments are old but okay. The only amenities are gym, cable, and internet ($90). The gym is never open or maintained. The office informed us in May 2022 they were installing a key card system for the gym, has yet to happen as of June 2023. Vehicle was recently broken into and my building has been vandalized on multiple accounts. The community is no longer a safe place to live.

I went to go see an apartment a few weeks ago and the property manager meaghan showed me a two bedroom apartment. I was looking for my mother who wouldnt be moving until next year when she moves here from Florida. It would be perfect for her.It was very quiet and a beautiful neighborhood. Meaghan made me feel welcome and made it very easy to imagine living there. My mother likes to stay active and there are walking trails through out the property. I was nervous about finding a nice home for my mother but riverton fits the bill.

The staff are very friendly and nice.
