This will be our third contract. We have been pleased with our stay.

Management responds in a timely manor. Maintenance is quick and helpful. Apartments are a good size and close to services.

Apartments are in bad shape, there is mold everywhere and the pipes leak without maintenance ever fixing the source of the problem. This place is horrible and the staff dont care.

Would not recommend. Office staff is rude and incompetent and will try and swindle you out of every extra dollar they can.Please just save yourself the hassle and look somewhere else.

DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR. DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is in it for the money, they don't give a flying rats butt about anything including mold, noisy neighbors, or ANYTHING. They need to update their site because they say they are no longer going to have the party room. They do not have walk-in closets, and be prepared to just watch the place crumble around you.

Do not waste your money. There are plenty of other complexes in the area for the same rates. Management does not care about the quality of the apartment or appliances in the apartment. I've lived here for 10 months and am still hassling the office to fix a problem that was noticed the day we moved in. A problem that should have been fixed before we even moved in. They also confirmed multiple times that they will not update appliances even if requested. And, their bathrooms are from 1970's and they refuse to update the bathtubs.
