The maintenance folks are friendly and attentive to my needs. Pat does a great job answering any questions and concerns I have.

My overall experience with Webster Green was great until the end. I have recently moved out due to purchasing my first home. I was told that when I moved out that I would have to pay $3,000 to break out of my lease. I just purchased a home and was not able to pay that amount to them. They were not willing to work with me on this, not even make payments. A month after moving out there is someone new in the apartment yet they are still trying to get me to pay the $3,000.

My car has been broken into 3x and they just keep raising rent. Way to much money for what it is. Not even hatred community and want $3k to cancel.

Overall, love living here, close to everything, quiet, great staff. The parking and landscaping leave room for improvement. Landscaping is not consistent throughout the complex. Not enough pet clean up stations and parking is an issue in my part of the complex.

Guest parking is non existent and you are given a written notification in short order if you park on street.
