Riverbend East is a very quiet residence with 9 foot ceilings, walk in closets and all the amenities that you could ask for. Another plus is your own indoor garage with a storage room. It also has a pool, bbq areas and a small gym. The property manager is great and very responsive.

Great Floor Plan for 2-BR/2-Bath. Quiet. Carpet is rose beige and awful....can't keep it clean no matter what. The smells coming from the laundry area drainage require constant Poo-Pourri spraying in drain of Washer. Smell is quite putrid. The refrigerator is so user UNFRIENDLY - freezer space is teeny.. Stainless steel on appliances is cheap and no longer cleans up properly.

Lovely, spacious. Nice floor plan. Upkeep lacking.
Stainless steel on appliances cheap..does not clean up good. Paint is white wash. Carpet is rose beige-a nightmare to maintain.

Riverbend East are luxury apartments that are big, bright, beautiful and very quiet. They have good sized garage and storage space. The apartment manager is very responsive and easy to work with.
