The review from 9/17 would indicate a "professional" review by someone who does not live here. Walls are paper thin and the windows do nothing to prevent the cold from coming in and the breezes!! And, they are new windows. One person to take care of the building AND the grounds.....difficult and not possible. Outside is dirty....management is polite and friendly but issues are not dealt with but responses are sympathetic. Worth the money? No.
Beautiful culture living here friendly people management is very professional and friendly beautiful sceneries near the Hudson quiet area a lot of security measures in place I absolutely enjoy living here the apartments are beautiful to come home to every night :)
Paper thin walls allowing you to hear everything you never wanted to hear from your neighbor. Management company nods sympathetically and does nothing. Smoke free building? It's supposed to be but there is always the aroma of cigs and weed to start your day. When people are evicted (which is a monthly occurrence) they trash whatever they can inside and out. To fill the frequently empty apartments they will take anybody!!! Want to raise your kids in a safe and healthy environment? Go anywhere else. Very sorry I rented here. Oh, and the permit parking only? Doesn't seem to apply to everyone who illegally parks here but it doesn't matter the towing company (Kennedy/Troy) never shows up. If you feel the need to find out for yourself what it's really like here don't say you weren't warned.
