DO NOT MOVE HERE, EXPLORE OTHER OPTIONS!! Management and staff are extremely unprofessional. Apartments slowly fall apart. Whole apartment was never properly checked before my move in date. Two of the four burners dont work on my stove. Maintenance has come to fix it 2 times, still broken. Cabinets came off hinges as did doors. Bathtub was not properly glazed so it peeled and changed colors when cleaned. Randomly shut off your water with no warning. Once happened when I was in the middle of a shower. Patios are made of rotting wood. Not properly supported or up kept. Whole building is not properly maintained or up kept. Management told me I would have to move out for 3 days in order for them to properly glaze the tub. Providing no other information or assistance. They were consistently rude and unapologetic. Taking days to get back to me if they ever did. Excited to leave.

If you're considering living here, do yourself a favor and seek alternatives for a myriad of reasons. See below: - Poor Management a. We moved out legally, and in writing, with a paper trail to all management (Melissa, Matt, and Eve) which should've resulted in a $2,000 agreed upon move-out fee. Instead, they tacked on an additional $1,457 ($3,457 total) for trying to say we didn't provide "sufficient notice". Numerous emails were sent (with no response), and in-person meetings were had with the understanding of our official move-out date. Mind you, we moved out to save money because my girlfriend's Father went into cardiac arrest and was hospitalized in a coma, and hospital bills were mounting. This was an extremely difficult and stressful time for us. Despite this, they had the nerve to tack on more money, which is both immoral and unjust. Nothing matters to them except the bottom dollar and it's absolutely disgusting. b. Management tried telling us we were not approved for the apartment (before we signed) based on credit, but my credit is 700+ and I make over 50k, far above the minimum for the apartment. In turn, they charged us *MORE* than the apartment's listing price because we were deemed "unqualified". In addition, they also charged us an application fee *TWICE* within a week because we had to "re-apply to be approved". When I contacted On-Site Rental Relations for my Rental Report, they told me (on the phone in front of management) that I should've been approved. Deceitfulness and lies to try and make more money. - Too Expensive a. We paid $1,052 for our apartment, PLUS utilities (trash/sewage/water etc) they conveniently leave out of the price. In addition, with NatGrid and WiFi our bill was close to $1300 a month -- far too expensive in comparison to other apartments. You have the option to pay online, but there's an additional "convenience fee" they charge to do this (surprise, surprise). Avoid at all costs.
