What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Staten Island

The neighborhood is within NYC confines and has the real estate tax benefits. Many residents are NYC personnel so they invest in the area. Local schools produce well-educated students.

I don't like anything. This is a poor neighborhood.I plan on moving soon.I would say my kids like the playground, but it's far from the house and when it gets late it's dark when we walk home.

Supermarkets left and right of me very close 2 min car ride 10 min walk. Restaurants next to me IHOP and Applebees and the highway is here to. I can drive or take public transportation. It's lovely I can bring my daughter to one of the nicer parks in the area and nothing really happens over here

The unique thing about my neighborhood is that there are two schools very close to each other. There is also two nice parks. I like the local pizza places (Rossville pizza and sunset pizza) I also like the Qudoba near by. With family and friends we like to go to the Staten Island mall which is not to far of a drive either.

My neighborhood is easily accessible to the railway, buses and a couple of stores and pharmacy. We have a couple of parks to walk to and a sitting area where you can sit and relax.

Very family focused. There is a target, hone depot, strip mall, etc nearby. Parks in the general area
