Jordache Park Apartments

It is a great looking apartment and the area looks very nice.

No one ever got back to me and I am very interested in these apartments.

I moved out about month ago. We received 5% of our security deposit back. I have been reaching out to the leasing office for roughly 4 weeks and have not gotten a response. I have called not once but up to 3 times a day to try to get ahold of someone and I even emailed many of times. Finally got ahold of Jen the manager and I asked what happened to the other 95% of the deposit. She told me it was for cleaning fees and a black stain that was on the ceiling. 2 weeks before moving out I had talked to Jen and asked her what she wanted done she said nothing just leave they will take care of it. The black stain was from a leak in the roof which maintenance was made aware of and they said they "fixed it". They fixed the leak but not the damage and now want to charge us for it!! The 3rd party they use for the water service has been over charging us for months and will not fix it.

Worst place I have ever lived. Roof leaks constantly, management doesn't respond and clearly doesn't care. 3 years of water dripping, and still nothing done.

Terrible place to live. Constantly leaking roof. Staff (maintenance and office) that genuinely do not care about the people who live here.
