Horrendously bad apartments. Maintenance requests are not responded to and management is totally apathetic and sometimes hostile.

Plus, you pay a premium to live here.

When I moved in the community was nice and there were many retired people and younger professionals, because of this the people who lived here treated it like their home. Now the community is full of people who leave trash everywhere and let their children play in the roads as well as many college students. Maintenance is very limited as far as the exterior goes, with shutters missing, a desperate need for repainting, and sloppy landscaping. All of this could be forgiven if they weren't demanding such a high price per apartment.

Maintenance is relatively quick with response but they typically fix things in a less than stellar manner where they break again within a few month. As far as security, I used to think it was a safe community but I see Ogden police here very often now. In the last month they have been here three times. During the summer many of the parking lots flood and during the winter they freeze and are plowed infrequently. Myself and many neighbors have fallen on the ice more than once.

Since there are no playground or dog run facilities the lawns are covered with dog feces and the children turn to playing in the parking lots and in the street making for a very dangerous driving and parking situation. Because the kids play in the parking lots, there is a high risk of damage to your car. My car has been hit by hockey pucks and crashed into by bicycles and the parents don't care to yell at the kids. Parking in and of itself is hard to come by, we are supposed to have two spaces per apartment but if you look at aerial photography we would need twenty more spots to actually meet that minimum. Many people park in unmarked spots and illegally in handicap and loading spots that are never utilized. Every day you have to risk parking illegally or too close to a garage and being towed.

My apartment thermostat never goes above 67 in the winter and 70 in the summer and my RG&E bill is always high.

I am so sorry to hear you are unhappy with this community. We are about to do a Spring inspection which includes surveying the parking lots. We are aware of the issues.
