I have lived here for over four years now and the only issues I have are about the noise. They cant seem to do anything about inconsiderate and consistently rude neighbors. The ceilings are not thick and the upstairs neighbor sounds like the stomp around all day among other things. Theres a problem with my furnace. I use expensive filters and every month they come out black! The filters should last 3 months and shouldnt come out like this. I think there is a huge issue with the air quality/circulation/dust and dampness. Maintenance is usually very quick to respond to any maintenance requests and they are very friendly. My rent has gone up and up every year despite my loyalty the $50,000+ Ive given them, and theyre not willing to negotiate or keep it the same so dont bother. You might save $10 on their offer. Thats about it.

I have lived here since 2013 and I can't take it anymore. Mold inside the apartment that they won't deal with, maintenance does a lousy job. Had to call code enforcement for an emergency exit door that didn't work for months. Rent has gone up exponentially. Noisy neighbors, pot smoking are okay, but there was a puppy crackdown.
