So i first want to say that the property itself if very nice and i really do love and enjoy how modern it is and the amenities that come with it. I also want to address how amazing the property managers are. Macie and Mackenzie. They are very attentive to our needs during hours of their operation and even off hours. They go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied and not to mention they are very sweet individuals who deserve recognition for that. I would recommend this facility to everyone not only for how beautiful the area it is (yes even In schenectady) but how amazing our point of contacts are (Macie/Mackenzie) They deserve the recognition they deserve because without that it really would be just another basic apartment complex.

Mackenzie and Macie do an awesome job! They are always available when needed, no matter the time of day or night. Riverhouse is a great place to live.

Can't rate this place,no one reached out to me in the interest of a requested tour and potentially availability so I'm giving it a 1 star because I didn't get a feed back,but the outside perimeter looks Beautiful

After 41 years in the suburbs, this place could entice me to try city living again. Katlin was straightforward and direct. A pleasant experience.

I really enjoy living here. Coming from NYC, the level of maintenance and care exhibited by the leasing office and the maintenance crew is exceptionally refreshing. Gym, cable, internet, underground parking, and pool/firepit access are all included in the rent. The views on the river side are gorgeous. I do wish the building had been designed better in terms of how windy it gets (balcony furniture not secured flies all over the place) as well as how sunny it can getwhich really overheats the living quarters. Also, there are no windows that open; the only way to get fresh air is to open the balcony door. Other than those issues, I love it here and don't anticipate leaving anytime soon.
