Close by entertainment and downtown Schenectady. Visit one of the great new restaurants like Mexican Radio or see a show at Proctor's. Walk around Jay street or shop within walking distance. Quick commute to Union College or Schenectady Community College.
I have two issues right now-- 1. dealing with Time Warner Cable (impossible, and they seem to be billing for monthly service, which I thought was included in the rent). 2. Less important--while the central air in my apartment is great, the lobby and hallway are hot and muggy.
It is clean, well maintained and any issue is resolved in a timely manner. The facility is beautiful. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating was because the key to the front door is tough and I wish it was a swipe or card reader for easier access and that apartments had stronger locks on the front doors.
Internet and cable included, washer dryer in unit, low utilities, rooftop lounge.
Prompt response to service requests, timely notification of staff entering apartments, availability of rental agent/office staff
