Looking for an apartment to rent

DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY BRUNS REALTY! They do not care about anything other than collecting rent and will not work with you if life happens. Their rental agreement even states that nothing releases you from the rent contract, INCLUDING DEATH (real reasonable). They will force you to pay for an entire month's rent even if you move out on the 1st of the month, which is quit ridiculous and practically theft of money. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to rent from that is actually reasonable.

Just moved in a month ago and already looking for a new place to live. The tenants here are rude and complain about every noise that is made in the apts. not dog friendly at all. Got a complaint every time my dog barked which is so insane to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND living here. Specially if you have pets. Pathetic.

Overall the apartment is great. I've been living here for over a year now I haven't had any issues with anything besides the internet. I rarely hear any sounds at all from neighbors, the price is wonderful, there's a great community, all the utilities and appliances included is awesome. Back to how terrible the internet is.... If you do anything besides basic internet surfing expect to pay at least $20 a month for the upgraded package. I have the upgraded package and it is still extremely slow and CONSTENTLY going out. Deep Blue's customer service is god awful it takes days for them to fix anything. The internet is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's caused so many headaches.

I am the first one to live in the apartment. I like not paying a separate utility bill. The kitchen is great to work in.
