We have been residents of Hampton Run II since June 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The property is very well maintained and the staff provide outstanding customer service. Danyelle, the property manager, has been wonderful to work with, as have Patrick and Skylar in the front office. As maintenance issues have cropped up, Scott has been responsive and quickly addressed any needs. The complex is within convenient walking distance to local shopping, including Target, several grocery stores, and restaurants. The building is quiet, the apartments are well laid out, the property is child-friendly with nice green spaces, and our neighbors have become good friends. Overall, this has been one of the best places we have lived.

Went to see a 2 bedroom unit; was shown only office space being housed in a 2 bedroom unit. No site tour, curt service personnel. We will not pursue since this visit suggested poor customer service.
