I am the first one to live in the apartment. I like not paying a separate utility bill. The kitchen is great to work in.
The apartments are beautiful, modern, and spacious. Maintenance requests are incredibly simple as well!
The included utilities are a great value. The staff is amazing. Some of the amenities are unfairly judged because the complex is still under construction. My biggest critique is the included internet service. The available internet speeds are WELL below industry standards, service is spotty, the bandwidth doesn't seem to support the load, and the third party provider's customer service is poor. Included amenities are not a value if they're inadequate- NetZero should look into other options.
NetZero Villiage uses solar energy to make luxury apartment living both affordable and eco-friendly. The owner and staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your rental experience absolutely perfect. I was one of the first tenants to move in and do not foresee myself ever wanting to leave. This is by far the BEST apartment complex in the area.
While this seems like a good location, close to the thruway, mall, and various restaurants, but its too close to the thruway. We get to hear the sound of cars flying by on the thruway along with the occasional jake brake from both trucks on the ever so close 24A exit ramp and on 7. I know of numerous tenants who left this complex due to building issues; and these people were the first to live in the buildings. The three floor buildings are built poorly, having no noise isolation and insufficient trusses causing you to hear every footstep or noise from the tenants above or the average conversation through the bedroom wall. It's always a challenge whenever maintenance is requested. While they claim to have a 2 day policy, it usually ends up about 2 weeks, whether it be fixing a leak or swapping a lightbulb. There is a lack of parking, they don't even have enough for 2 cars per unit, most of the time tenants are forced to park elsewhere due to the lot being full. Also enjoy the landscape of rocks and dirt along with the various construction related things going on. We were promised a rec center and walking paths a year ago, but they still haven't been completed it. If you can get over all this, its a decent place to live. All the utilities are included and the apartment is layout is decent. Build quality isn't wonderful though. For example, if you put a ball in the middle of the floor, it will roll all the way to the wall.
