The apartments got a facelift over last few years at outside and landscape. But inside still looks old. But given the rent charged, the facilities and the great maintenance service that I get, it is really a good place!
Enjoyed the dog run for puppy exercise!
I love living here. Its a beautiful place with a beautiful pond and the maintenance is great...... The only 2 complaints I have is some dog owners don't pick up after their dogs. Also think its unfair that 2nd floor apartments are not allowed dogs...... Yet people on second floors have dogs.... Speed Bumps in the parking lot would make the parking lot much safer. There are lots of children living here and cars drive way too fast over the speed limit of 15 mph.........
I have been a resident here for 17 years. Overall I love my apartment and love the area. My main problem is with the maintenance team. I have has several repairs done in my apartment since the makeover only to have them come back 2 and 3 times to fix what they tried to fix the 1st time. I have talked to the maintenance manager quite a few times about my frustration with the level of competence of his team to no avail.
I wouldn't say excellent , only because it's pretty high priced for old apartments. The only things that are new are landscape , gym, parking lot , tennis court , siding and terraces . The whole outside of these apartments are great, but where you "live" inside of is completely dated and nothing special with very small kitchens. When Someone moves out you can't just put paint and new carpet and call it "newly renovated" and charge the insane monthly rents . That's my only issue here.
