Excellent service standards and accomodating and courteous staff at Winton Village
The community, management, maintenance , very friendly apartment complex very clean.
Good management but not for us. Great sales team was very helpful.
The employees here at Winton village aren't as professional as they sound & first appear, there's always trash everywhere & I agree the washers & dryers suck.
My apartment is cute, cozy, and looks fairly up to date. However there definitely needs to be some updating aside from the cosmetics. the dryers are old and only work sometimes. Instead of replacing them, they fix them which only works temporarily. In the 2 months of using heat, the pilot light on the furnace has gone out 5 times, which means no heat and 5 inconvenient visits from maintenance. Otherwise, I have a nice, spacious apartment that my friends and family like, too!
