on site management can do nothing to help residents. Morgan properties has taken away most of the amenities that make this a nice place to live
Now under new ownership my monthly rent increased over eighty dollars. Sadly my salary a year makes this kind of rent increase not affordable for younger people. Others have told me over one hundred dollars. In my opinion that is unethical. Almost all of the staff at the place lost their jobs with less than 24 hours notice. Pool hours are now 9-3 aka if you work you cant even enjoy that ammenity. Front door went from friendly valet personnel to security. Overall I can't afford to stay at a place with exponential yearly rent increases and I do not feel it is within my morals to support a place that just leaves almost all the staff vacant and without a job or income to support their families. It is a true shame what has happened here. Was also informed there will be construction 8am-4:30pm every M-F. The worst seems yet to come. I am not going to live somewhere that has no morals or ethical principles. That is just a few. Many apartments in Brighton, I highly suggest you stay away from this hot mess.
