If I could give less than 1 star I would. Let me start out by saying management is unprofessional and does not reply to ANY requests. A year ago residents were promised a fitness center and rooftop lounge area and that it would be done any day now. That was before I signed my lease. After signing, and several months later these areas still look like phase 1 of construction. DHD ventures is the most unprofessional and unethical leasing company I have ever dealt with. They advertise amenities and give you lies on how they will be done just to get you to sign a lease. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Plenty of other much better priced downtown apartments that actually have amenities as they advertised, they dont false advertise. Since Ive lived here there has been literally 6 managers come and go, RED FLAG??? I also posted flyers in the building asking residents to come together as a cooperative to demand answers from DHD or collectively file a class action lawsuit. They literally just give you lie after lie and now actually no response. By the way the flyers I put up which is completely legal in every way, well they took them down. Im guessing they dont want prospective residents to see them for what they are really worth. They have multiple foreclosures pending in buffalo and Rochester. Stay away from this place. Paper thin walls/windows do not open just an expensive rent with NO Amenities which mind you is why I moved here in the first place. Move to Buckingham commons down the road or many other better options. If DHD had cash flow they would have a team of construction workers working on the basement and rooftop, not 1 guy twice a week. STAY AWAY
