Hidden Creek Townhomes and Apartments

I am incredibly busy during the weekdays, often coming home after long hours. The apartment grounds are peaceful and quiet, something that I find as an incredible solace upon my return after working. In addition, the fitness center is clean and provides an excellent opportunity for me to wind down as well. the staff has always been efficient at responding to my concerns and providing me with the service I need.

I think this is a nice place to live. the ground are kept, any problems with the apartment are take care of right away. the staff is very nice.

Im so disgusted with this place. I called many times about things that need to be fixed or replaced and I never get the answers I want to hear as a tenant. The kitchen needs to be remodeled. It really looks like something that was built in 1920. It looks awful! Everything is basically falling apart. As much money as we pay to live here, this place should be remodel with us having to ask to do so. We are very good tenants, always on time paying rent. Its sad they will lose good tenants due to this. There is no reason for rent to keep increasing every year if nothing is being fixed in the homes. Im very unhappy and just cant wait to move. I hate the kitchen the most. Its so hard ugly and when I asked if they could remolded the thing, they wanted me to pay for it. Never heard such thing in my life. I hate cooking in kitchen because if that. For such a huge area, theres not even a playground or basketball court for children to play in. Not a good place to live if you have young children because nowhere for them to play.You would pay less buying your own home instead of paying such high price for a place like that. RG&E bills are so high due to bad windows and doors. Maintenance takes forever to come out when called about an issue. I would not recommend anyone for this place. I feel like when you complain nothing gets done about it. Yall want to keep good tenants start doing some improvements to these places instead of increasing rent. Especially my unit. AC in living room looks so old and ugly. It dont even run good. Id rather not have it.

don't overlook student loan but I think it was more my religion that they used I am a covered muslimah, none want us living in good places very sad they don't say find other excuses to keep us out others I know rent here have bad credit!

Iam a 56yr old grandmother w/two lovely grandchildren whom will share a 3 bdrm apartment along w/their Mom .

Big community I loved being a part of, and the Staff were always really friendly and personable.
