The staff is excellent and attentive, and the apartments themselves are clean and bright. The rent is a bit much but it is about average for the area. Pets are allowed, and there is plenty of room for them!

Rent checks get cleared within 3-4 days being sent in the mail. Expect to pay an extra 25$ if you pay online. Any complaints you have for things to be repaired or a re-plow for snow gets done quickly. Location is good. Wegmans is 5 minutes away and you are 10 minutes away from Greece Ridge Mall. Very animal friendly, especially dogs. I see ALL sorts of dogs being walked around the neighborhood. A very quiet and safe neighborhood.

These apartments are Basic, no updated apts . To many fees that they charge to live there. Amenity fees etc They need to update there apts.

Their entrance were filthy. The doors to the apartments were so old and beat up. I wouldnt want to live there at all!!
