About This Property

Our spacious studios, one and two-bedroom apartments are just right for those who want to live in a beautifully landscaped area that everyone can call home. All apartments are cable-ready, and monthly rent includes heat and hot water. Hardwood floors or wall-to-wall carpeting and a kitchen ceiling fan add to your comforts. Our town homes are cable-ready and have the space of a single-family home with the services of a town home community. All town homes feature 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, oak wood and ceramic tile kitchens with all new appliances. 3 story townhouses have an attached 1-car garage with opener. All townhouses have central air, wall-to-wall carpeting, 24 hour emergency maintenance, exterior maintenance and landscaping as well as a washer/dryer, forced air heating and mini blinds in all units. Most of our apartments and town houses are in the Brighton School District.

    Great community! Peaceful and beautiful grounds. Loved my 2 bedroom townhome on Lilac Drive and the laundry in unit was a plus! Office staff is nice and maintenance is prompt & efficient. Nice place to reside (I moved to pay lower rent but still wanted a washer & dryer in unit). I will miss Elmwood Manor :)

    Been living here for over a week now. I am impressed with the quality of my studio apartment and the quality of the staff in the leasing office.Three minor complaints:1. Wooden floor is pretty squeaky without an area rug2. Very little counter space for food prep3. Front doors opening and closing from nearby tenants can be quite audibleAlso, the washer and dryer are not located directly within the personal units, but in a common area shared by the whole unit. You will need to pay to use them. Not a problem, but it is not entirely clear from the apartmentguide page.Other than that I am very satisfied with my apartment, and I am glad I chose Elmwood Manor Apartments.
