    Over priced. Should be 50% of what they are charging. Buildings dilipadated and in poor repairing

    In winter if plow driver see residents helping by pulling their cars out so can plow out parking spot why not clear those out then work on others who not moving them out?

    Paper thin walls, floors creak, appliances old and dirty.do not work properly. Neighbors loud, rude and dirty. Management makes promises they don't keep. Lot of safety violations, wash machine broke, office did not offer free load after I spent $4.00 on one wash! Floors warped and sinking in. Rent too high for less than desirable people who rent there. Stay away if looking for quiet, clean apt. Living!!
