Brambury Ridge Apartments

Do yourself a huge favor do not waste your money on renting any ! Apts. from this property , they fixed up inside ( SOME of Them ) to look good , but mice every winter come up from the stove pipe And will chew up your new carpet ! A nice hole for you to look at ! Laundry in basement is a JOKE every summer when it rains the basement floods with backed / up SEWER to walk in while trying to do your laundry ! Staff do not care at all as long as they get their money from you . Charge maintenance manager is always nasty & sneaky wheasel . He goes back to rental office to talk about you behind your back ! Yes they never never fix anything it's all a phony SHOW . Look for better place,s I lived here for 28 years @ Brambury , don't do it you will have regret . Glad I moved out should have done it long ago .

Very old kitchen with no dishwasher like they advertise.You pay for air conditioning, they provide the unit.Great place if you like living with mice every winter.

Dirty upon moving in. Very outdated kitchen and paint. No microwave or dishwasher. No blinds and not nearly enough electrical outlets. Laundry room is in another building. Carpets are old and stained. The office staff though, are very friendly and helpful.

I have no problems with Brambury Apartments.

I loved it. Tree lined. Doesn't feel like Ridge Rd. Is so close. And section 8 was welcome. big plus for section 8 users to live in a clean beautiful apartment. Waiting for my apartment?

Horrible management. The girl at the desk is awful
