Management is not upto the mark and lots of parking issues as well as maintenance issues ...upon call for maintenance they take care at their own time even if your roof is leaking water. There are other places as well with better rates and good quality of staff members who actually care about their tenants. So beware !!!

We are sorry to hear that your things aren't being taken care of timely. We do have stride to have a 24-hour completion on all work orders; pending the issue at hand. Parking is an issue in one particular area of the community as many residents have multiple cars in those buildings. However, we do have plenty of guest lots and unreserved spots throughout the community. If you are still experiencing an issue with a work order, please contact our office as we would like to get it addressed timely.

This place is a complete dump. There is dog poop everywhere and trash all over the place. Management is very poor. Read your lease very carefully and talk to current residents be moving in here.

We are working hard towards solutions on helping with controlling all of the elements of being a heavily dog-friendly community; especially now that Spring is deciding to come, things are more visible than before. Thus far, we have had all of the maintenance requests done in less than 2 days, the roads are clear and plowed when it snows, etc.

Should have separate pet owners buildings so im not woken up by the neighbors dog barking at 8am on a weekend.

So far my rent has gone up EVERY YEAR! My rent went up 75 dollars this year plus they will be tacking on another 25/month for a pet (this is on top of the initial one time $500 fee I paid to have a pet and was told that was it). On the plus side the apartments are spacious, it is a good, safe neighborhood that allows pets(but no place for them to run)! Parking for guests or if you have a second car is difficult. There really isn't landscaping except for around the club house. No bike storage.

We truly appreciate your feedback. We have introduced the pet rent as new fees under the new management. We love our furry residents, so much that we are looking into options for a play area. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to provide bike storage but are looking into better our landscaping for the upcoming season. In Spring 2017, we will be renumbering/striping the parking lots in hopes to better the parking for our residents and guests. Thank you for your rating!
