    worst place i ever lived in, office management workers . have no peoples skills none they cant communicate with tenants unless its my way or nothing. You can train dogs and cats to have better skills then those two in the office, upper management is not much better.

    Overall, WoodsEdge is a quiet, professional/retiree community. Nice pool, plenty of folks who walk dogs around the neighborhood, and families with kids who play at the playground or on the lawn. It's very convenient to be able to book the clubhouse for gatherings. The biggest drawback is that it's overpriced, due to the lack of decent rentals in the area. Rent for a 3 bedroom 2 bath is $1,745. Garage (the only storage option) adds $100/month. Pet adds $40/month. Electric & Natural Gas (for heat & hot water heater only) and water will run $80 - $180 a month. *BIG* WATCHOUT is the fee to get out of a lease. Even after a 13 month lease, I am required to give 2 months notice (more than 60 days) and then pay an additional 2 months of rent after vacating the apartment. There is an option to sublet to run out the remainder of a lease, but there is a 1 month fee to lease. Just enter into the lease agreement with your eyes wide open.
