Well where should I begin. I had been living here for approximately 5 months and the sewer line backed up into my apartment and they never even called me just went into my apartment and made a mess no protection on the floor nothing just walking back and forth with sewer water. They left feces all over my bathroom, broke my personal belonging and were trying to not reimburse me for the damages. They even bursted the entire toilet!!! I had to withhold my rent in the amount of the damages until I was reimbursed. Now here we are again Almost exactly a year later the sewer line started to back up I called and called while it was only bubbling in the toilet and management waited 4 hours to come!!! By the time they got here water was flooded through two closets all the way to the front door! They wiped the floor with fantastic and wouldnt pay for a sanitizing company to come so I am still not using two of the three closets here!!! I did make a complaint to the building department so hopefully that works! Now with the neighbors one of them also works with management has 2 dogs that constantly bark ALL NIGHT AND DAY, they are always off leash and use the bathroom right in front of my door!!! There are also screaming kids in that same apartment I knocked on the wall once and they pounded back and got even louder!!! Zero respect for neighbors over here!!! Nothing is done about it even after MULTIPLE complaints are made. I have a neighbor upstairs that seems to jump rope at 4:45 am and wake me up every day and must lock their pet in one room because the nails scratching the floor ALL DAY LONG!!! Working from home has surely been a task dealing with this nonsense! FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT TRUST ME DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I was in my last apartment for 10 years and the one before that for 11 years and I cant wait to get out of here!!!
