    Lived there for a few years, it was a great apartment! However, if you own a pet i would stay away. They charge a 300 dollar one time fee AND an additional monthly fee. No need to double dip.

    I love living at Regency Court Apartments. The management is extremely polite, professional, and pays high attention to any matters brought up by residents. The community itself is quiet, charming, and inviting. I never wanted to live in an apartment complex during the pursuit of finding a place within the Town of Hamburg, but I gave this place a chance and ending up really enjoying the first-look. I originally was only going to sign a short-lease for 3 months but then ended up signing the whole year. I do not regret it and am happy to live here.
