I would live in this apartment because it is situated in one of Manhattan's most vibrant, culturally significant, and exciting neighborhoods, the Lower East Side/East Village. Transportation options are many: it is a 12-minute walk from the nearest subway, there is bus transportation nearby, a Citibike station a few steps away (the neighborhood is bike-friendly), the NYC Ferry pier is just a 7-minute walk, and the FDR Drive and the Williamsburg Bridge are extremely close. It is a new luxury building packed with amenities, close to community gardens East River Park, and all of the Lower East Side's bats, restaurants, and cultural offerings.
Come see the available apartments at The Adele in New York. Not far from downtown and major highways, attractions in the city are a short drive away. If you don't want a car, you don't need to have one. The neighborhood is walkable and bike-friendly, with nearby public transportation making it possible to get almost everywhere without having to drive. If you have a car, you have many options for where to park nearby. If walking and biking isn't enough exercise for you, head over to the gym for more of a workout.
