I would give zero stars if I could. For all the amenities that you pay for, you get nothing. Gas was off since October 2022 (till moving out in July) and this affected the laundry drying machines. One day, I left a couple of shirts to dry on hangers in the laundry room, and came back to it in a trash bag with management. Utter ignorance of the problems residents have and just a lack of human decency from management. Water is shut off regularly and of the three elevators, there is one in constant repair. To top it all off, we had mice and roaches in a "luxury" apartment on a high floor. Tread with caution, management is truly evil.

Do not move in! Horrible management and staff! Nothing is ever fixed properly! Some apartments have no heat most of the winter! Other apartments the heat is so high you feel like you are suffocating! This has been going on for years. Water shutdowns every week. Sometimes for days. Then Rusty water, no hot water, white sudsy, milky water. Do not drink this water without boiling it! Elevators are constantly out of service. Good luck if you live on a high floor. Takes days sometimes weeks to fix them. Try walking up 30 flights if you are disabled or elderly or a small child! Smells like trash in the lobby! The front desk people are useless. They stand around doing nothing if you come into the building with your hands full they wont budge to open the door. Building is dirty and smelly. I could go on, but I think this gives you an idea of some of the things youll be dealing with
