Moving to NY from London was made a smooth and enjoyable process because of the friendly staff at the Avalon Bowery. We are so pleased to have found this place and are enjoying the best views of NY, from a great location in the heart of the city, with the luxury of spacious apartment and cheery faces every morning!

This complex is in a fantastic neighborhood, the property itself is a unique combination of stylish-yet-solid, and the entire staff is nothing short of exceptional (I'm not using that term lightly: they're exceptional). It's very easy to explore the best New York has to offer from here...and yet you'll love coming home. You can thrive here. As must be obvious, I highly recommend you give Avalon Bowery a serious look.

Everything from viewing apartments, signing paperwork, and organizing move in has been handled in a professional way and it has been very stress free. All staff have been extremely helpful and friendly.
