Excellent facilities, quiet living space. Friendly staff, and central location. Have not had a bad experience living here for over a year.

I didnt have anyone reach out to me about the apt

I called over 2 weeks ago asking about availability and details of the property. No answer. I sent a message 3 days ago through their online portal. No answer. I called 4 times over the course of yesterday. No answer. I asked for an update on my follow-up message 3 days ago, and finally got a response yesterday where they informed me they were full. I asked if it's going to be this difficult to get in touch with management if I become a tenant there, and all they said was "sorry for the delay, good luck with your apartment search". I thought I'd be happy living here based on the reviews, but if I'm gonna have to deal with an unresponsive landlord, count me out.

It a great place to live

Horizon at Fleetwood has been our home for over 5 years. The building is structurally sound, has excellent amenities, a very friendly staff, and a concierge. It is also right behind the Fleetwood Metro North train station. Ride into the city is 25-35 mins depending on time. Jackie is the property manager and she has been so understanding and has always helped us out to the best of her ability. The rooftop is beautiful during summer and they have great decor to host small gatherings. My wife and I will be moving out in a couple of months but this will always be our first home and I'll definitely miss it. I wouldn't think twice if this was one of the options to live in.
