    The Allure Mineola is a clean, quiet and safe community. Im very happy that I chose to live here with my family.

    The Allure is a great place to live. No details have been overlooked. The design and layout of the building is perfect, and the build quality is excellent. I hope in the future that there will be an option to buy apartments instead of renting. Should this property ever become a cooperative, I have faith that it would still be well managed given the competency of the management team.

    I have thoroughly enjoyed my living experience at The Allure Mineola. It is a beautiful property with a management team that always meets the needs of their tenants. All of the amenities, community spaces, etc. are kept incredibly clean, and the building is very kid and pet friendly!

    My boyfriend and I have lived here at The Allure for going on two years and couldn't imagine calling another place home. The property manager Kerri, Joe the Assistant Manager and Foola The Sales girl are all amazing and so accommodating! The office staff is so nice and very helpful and the maintenance team is fast with repairs. We truly LOVE calling The Allure home, and look forward to years to come!
