I was texting back and forth with a representative. I made multiple appointments and she cancelled all of them. Finally, days later she texted me at 10 in the morning to come at 1:00. I dropped everything and drove to the apartment and nobody was in the leasing office and nobody was available to talk - let alone see the apartment. I contacted my contact and she wouldn't answer my call or return my text. This was enough for me. If this is how they handle potential residents imagine how they handle existing ones. .

Brittany is an awesome leasing agent who walked me through the rental procedure and made my move seamless. The concierges and maintenance crew are very accessible and responsive. Beautiful property, close to everything but on a quiet street. Very pet friendly.

I went for a tour today this apartment is by far the best. I have lived in a luxury building and this you get more then what you pay for.
